Congratulations on being invited to ride on one of our Mardi Gras floats! These rider spots are invitation-only, so if you’ve found us on the internet without a member invitation, please keep on browsing 🙂
A few notes:
-All parades are in Galveston, TX
-You will receive an email with lineup information for all parades after the purchase. Please note the information for your specific parade you’ve registered for. The information can also be found below.
-Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. To change the rider name(s), email secretarydkdr@gmail.com.
-Children ages 0-3 are free of charge. Ages 4-11 are the “child” price, and 12 and over are the adult price.
-Parades listed as “adult only” will be ages 21 and up only.
-Tickets with beads will include 1 case of 60 dozen 7mm 33″ beads. You may bring your own additional throws (no doubloons, frisbees or food items)
-Tickets for Aquarius, Saturday Feb. 7th will include 2 cases of 60 dozen. Same additional throws allowed as above.
-If bringing own beads: for Aquarius, Saturday, Feb. 7th, due to extended 3-hour route recommended minimum bead quantity is 100 dozen. For all others, routes are about 1 hour, and recommended minimum is 36 dozen beads.
-NO CHAIRS OR PERSONAL ICE CHESTS ALLOWED. There will be large ice chests on board each float for beverages. BYOB allowed for all 21+ riders.

Rules and Regulations
1. No one is to hang arms or legs over the side of the floats.
2. Each float sponsor should submit a list of the riders on their float at least one week prior to the date of the parade.
3. There will be positively no switching of riders on or off of floats during the parade.
4. No animals are allowed to participate in parades.
5. No two-wheel bicycles, roller-skates, or skateboards are allowed in the parade.
6. No doubloons or frisbees may be thrown. Other items such as cups, plush toys, and small balls are ok.
7. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
8. You will adhere to any instructions given by the float and parade captains at all times
9. You must be 21 and up to ride on the top level of Frenchie Float.
*In order to maintain a safe environment for all involved, all rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your loss of position in the parade, as well as the opportunity to participate in future events. Our mission is to provide a safe environment for everyone, while giving them a chance to enjoy the excitement of participating in a Mardi Gras parade. * It will be the Parade Captain’s discretion to not allow inebriated riders onto floats. If he/she feels that a rider poses a danger to themselves or other participants, that rider WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the parade, and will forfeit any and all fees, if applicable, paid to Da Krewe du Roux.
Release of Liability
The undersigned is a participant in the 2026 Mardi Gras parades. In consideration of participating in such parade, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume all responsibility and liability for any and all damage, personal injury, or other loss of any nature and further releases and agrees to hold harmless Yaga’s Entertainment and its agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, and causes of action of any nature related to said parade. The undersigned hereby acknowledges and certifies that he or she has read the Official Parade Rules and Information Form, this Release of Liability, fully understands them, and by signing below agrees to all terms and conditions included therein.
